ABOUT THE ROLE

Our LA facility is the heart of our data collection operations. We capture millions of data points daily from robot deployments, human demonstrations, and controlled environments.

As Data Collection Manager, you will run day-to-day operations at our factory, ensuring data quality, managing collection schedules, and scaling our throughput to meet growing customer demand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage daily operations at our Los Angeles data collection facility
Coordinate data collection schedules across multiple robot platforms and scenarios
Ensure data quality meets customer specifications and internal standards
Hire, train, and manage a team of data collection operators
Optimize collection workflows for efficiency and throughput
Collaborate with engineering on hardware setup and troubleshooting
Track and report on operational metrics and KPIs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or production management
Experience managing teams of 5+ people
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with hardware, sensors, and technical equipment
Data-driven approach to problem solving
Ability to work on-site at our LA facility

NICE TO HAVE

Background in robotics, film production, or motion capture
Experience with quality assurance processes
Familiarity with data annotation or labeling operations
Spanish language skills
