ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be on the front lines of physical AI, operating robots and capturing the data that trains the next generation of intelligent machines.

This is a hands-on role at our LA data factory. You will work with cutting-edge robot hardware, follow precise data collection protocols, and ensure every capture meets our quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operate various robot platforms following detailed collection protocols
Perform human demonstrations for imitation learning datasets
Set up and calibrate sensors, cameras, and recording equipment
Conduct quality checks on captured data
Maintain detailed logs of collection sessions
Assist with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow safety protocols when working with robot equipment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Available for full-time on-site work in Los Angeles

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with robotics, drones, or technical equipment
Background in film, gaming, or motion capture
Technical certifications or coursework
Bilingual English/Spanish
