ABOUT THE ROLE

We collect training data from real-world robot deployments across the globe. As Data Operations Lead, you will build and scale the systems and processes that make this possible.

This is a high-leverage role where you will directly impact our ability to serve customers and grow revenue. You will work closely with engineering to automate operations and with customers to ensure data quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and manage a global network of data collection operators
Design quality assurance processes to ensure data meets customer specifications
Develop operational playbooks for new data collection scenarios
Work with engineering to automate manual processes
Manage relationships with data collection partners
Track and report on operational metrics and SLAs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
Track record of building and scaling operational processes
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast
Experience managing remote teams or distributed workforces

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in data labeling, annotation, or ML operations
Background in robotics or hardware operations
SQL proficiency and experience with dashboarding tools
Experience at high-growth startups
