FOUNDING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Own the full sales cycle for our most strategic customers in the physical AI ecosystem.

COMPENSATION
$150K - $200K
+ 0.10% - 0.30% EQUITY
ABOUT THE ROLE

Our customers are the most ambitious robotics companies in the world. As our first sales hire, you will define how we sell and build relationships with technical buyers.

This is a technical sale to ML engineers, robotics engineers, and technical leadership. You will need to deeply understand our product and the problems our customers face.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build relationships with ML and robotics teams at target accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise customers
  • Work with engineering to scope custom data collection projects
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Build the foundation for our sales organization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical/infrastructure sales
  • Track record of closing six-figure+ deals
  • Ability to build relationships with technical buyers
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI ecosystem and buyer personas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience selling to ML or robotics teams
  • Technical background or CS degree
  • Experience at early-stage startups
  • Existing relationships in the robotics/AI ecosystem
